Shipment is via air-mail (parcel-post / Registered mail) after payment has been cleared within 10 working days in ordinary situation.
All item need to sign for receive . And have a tracking number.
Approximate transit time is 10 - 20 working days (not inclusive Sat/Sun/Public Holidays)
And please provide a contact phone number at the payment,which it need to shown at the parcel form ,also that will help mail faster.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Customer Service Policy
We pack all products carefully and ship by Hong Kong post to ensure professional delivery. We usually ship out our items within 3 business days after payment has been cleared.
There are NO RETURNS on untested or as is items unless you receive the wrong item. Please buy accordingly.
Buyer is responsible for freight on returns
We will only refund the purchase price on returns, freight and handling will not be refunded. Upon inspection, if we find that there was no error in the listing description, a restocking fee may be levied.
